Public Storage prices C$400 million of 4.540% notes due 2033
Public Storage entered an underwriting agreement for a C$400 million offering of 4.540% senior notes due 2033. The notes will be issued by PS Canada Finance ULC, guaranteed by Public Storage and Public Storage Operating Company, and issued at par.
