Property Franchise Group buys 25% stake in AI platform Enteka Ai for £0.9 million
The Property Franchise Group PLC (TPFG) has acquired a 25% equity interest in Enteka Ai, a conversational AI platform for UK estate agents and mortgage brokers, for £0.9 million. Enteka is already live across more than 210 TPFG offices, with the investment aiming to unlock AI-driven value for franchisees.
