Prologis files court-sanctioned scheme to acquire SEGRO
Prologis filed a court-sanctioned scheme to acquire SEGRO plc with a partial cash option, with shareholder and court votes set for 28 September 2026. Separately, Vanguard disclosed an opening stake of at least 1%.
