Prologis Q3 Core FFO Rises, Updates FY26 Guidance
Prologis reported third-quarter core FFO attributable to common stockholders and unitholders of $1.55 billion, up from $1.43 billion a year earlier. Core FFO per diluted share was $1.60, compared with $1.49 for the same period in 2025.
