Profusa Raises $700,000 Through Convertible Note Financing
Profusa issued a senior secured convertible promissory note to Ascent Partners Fund with $769,230.77 in principal and 7% interest. The note matures as early as Oct. 15, 2027, or upon an option closing, and is convertible at $4.28.
