Astro Digital to go public in $587 million merger with Proem Acquisition
The space-satellite maker and the SPAC said the deal values Astro Digital at about $587 million and includes up to $180 million in gross proceeds. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to approvals and other conditions.
