Private-credit executives flag BDC redemption concentration
Private-credit executives said overreliance on a small group of brokers and wealth managers has helped drive elevated withdrawal requests from nontraded business-development companies. They said the concentration can create run-like dynamics even without deterioration in underlying credit quality.
