Prisma Properties to acquire fully let grocery property in Denmark
Prisma Properties entered an agreement to acquire a fully let grocery property in Værløse, outside Copenhagen. The underlying property value is DKK 75.5 million, with about 3,300 sq m lettable area and fully let to Coop Kvickly.
