Prisma Properties signs 10-year lease with Lidl for Lysekil store
Prisma Properties has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Lidl to establish a new grocery store in Lysekil. The site will include about 1,900 square metres of lettable area and is Lidl’s first in the municipality.
