Principal Financial Group secures $900 million five-year credit facility
Principal Financial Group entered into an amended and restated unsecured five-year revolving credit facility. The $900 million facility is led by Wells Fargo Bank as administrative agent and can be increased to $1.3 billion subject to conditions.
