Premium Catering plans Nasdaq hearing appeal after delisting determination
Nasdaq issued a delisting determination for the Class A ordinary shares on Sept. 22, 2026. The company said an oral hearing request is due by Sept. 29, 2026, which would pause the delisting process pending a panel decision.
