Premier Transmission Financing PLC director change: Ceri Richards retires, Alexandra Lewis to chair committees
Premier Transmission Financing PLC said following its AGM on 22 September 2026, Ceri Richards retires as a non-executive director of Mutual Energy Limited and Chair of its remuneration and nomination committees. Alexandra Lewis, who joined the board on 1 January 2026, will succeed Richards with immediate effect.
