PowerCell Sweden board member Nicolas Boutin resigns
PowerCell Sweden AB said Board member Nicolas Boutin is stepping down due to a new role and time constraints. The Nomination Committee will not propose a replacement, leaving six board members as permitted under the Articles of Association.
