Power Integrations Partners on 800 VDC Breaker for AI Data Centers
Power Integrations is collaborating with Ideal Power to develop a self-powered solid-state circuit breaker, combining its 1700 V InnoMux-2 ICs with Ideal Power’s B-TRAN switches. A working prototype has been demonstrated, and a reference design is in progress.
