Power Finance Corp plans Rs 50B bond sale incl. 5- and 10-year tranches
India’s Power Finance Corp (PFC) plans to raise 50 billion rupees ($526.6 million) via bonds maturing in five years and 10 years, with a 40 billion rupee greenshoe option, three bankers said.
