Power Corp. Agrees to Invest $68M in Wealthsimple Round
Power Corporation agreed to invest $68 million in Wealthsimple as part of a round of up to $425 million led by GIC. Its direct equity interest is valued at $2.0 billion, up 13% versus Q2 2026; including the investment, the value is $2.1 billion. Closing is expected in Q4 2026.
