Poste CEO expects controlling stake in Telecom Italia after bid
Matteo Del Fante said Poste Italiane expects to end with a comfortably controlling stake in Telecom Italia (TIM) after the takeover bid is reopened later this month, following a 66.6% stake secured in the main offer phase.
