Pool Corp files 8-K on executive retirement
Pool Corp said Kenneth G. St. Romain will retire as senior vice president on Dec. 31, 2026 and then serve in an advisory role to the CEO. The company disclosed the retirement date in a Form 8-K filed with the SEC.
