Polish consumer authority fines Biedronka owner over no-poach pact
The Polish consumer authority said it fined Biedronka, 29 transport firms and eight individuals more than 570 million zlotys for a driver no-poach pact, after the European Commission reviewed and agreed the conduct breached EU competition rules.
