Polar Asset Management Partners completes inaugural RMBS transaction
The Toronto-based alternative asset manager said the White Bear RMBS I LP, Series 2026-1 transaction was backed by about $430 million of first-lien fixed-rate uninsured Canadian residential mortgages. It said the deal was oversubscribed and received strong investor demand.
