() -- Semiconductor device manufacturer Piotech (SHA:688072) will continue its trading halt amid negotiations to acquire a controlling stake in Wuxi Shangji Semiconductor Technology. The stock has been suspended since June 29, initially for up to 10 trading days, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.
