The eight Slovak power plants have 7.581 MWp capacity. Photon Energy expects to reduce consolidated financial debt by about EUR 4.1 million on completion.

Photon Energy sells 7.581 MWp of PV assets in Slovakia
The company agreed to sell eight photovoltaic power plants in Slovakia for an enterprise value of EUR 5.6 million. The portfolio generated about EUR 2.1 million of revenue and EUR 1.65 million of EBITDA in 2025.
