Petros Petropoulos signs MOU for full acquisition of auto dealership business for €21M
Petros Petropoulos SA has signed a memorandum of understanding for the potential full acquisition of Antonios Ismaelos Auto Dealership and Service Operations. The acquisition is valued at €21.0 million, subject to the completion of due diligence.
