PetMeds names Tamar Elkeles independent director, chair of compensation committee
PetMed Express appointed Tamar Elkeles as an independent director effective Sept. 17, 2026. Elkeles was named chair of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee. She previously served as chief learning and talent officer at Qualcomm from 1992 to 2015.
