Paramount shares rise on WBD antitrust settlement talks report
Paramount Skydance (PSKY) rose 7.15% and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) rose 7.73% in premarket after Financial Times reported, citing people familiar with the matter, that Paramount is closing in on a settlement over the antitrust suit blocking its $111 billion WBD acquisition.
