Paramount Shareholders Get Warrants in Warner Bros. Financing Deal
Paramount Skydance shareholders will receive special rights to buy more stock as part of an $80 billion deal to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery. The megamerger is expected to close on Tuesday, with $47 billion in financing due to be sold.
