POWER: Dutch State To Buy 70% Borssele Nuclear Stake For EUR158.5mn
Zeeland has agreed to sell its 70% stake in EPZ, operator of the 485MW Borssele nuclear plant, to the Dutch state for EUR158.5mn, Omroep Zeeland reported Wednesday. * RWE holds the remaining 30% of EPZ, while Borssele generates around 3.8TWh/year. * The sale comes as the Netherlands reverses Borssele's planned 2033 shu
