PNB Housing Finance board approves up to ₹10,000 crore NCD issuance
PNB Housing Finance Ltd said its board approved issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of up to ₹10,000 crore via private placement, with or without a green shoe option, in one or more tranches.
