PG&E launches strategic review amid 2027 investment deferral plans
PG&E Corp. launched a strategic review of regulatory, financial, operational and strategic alternatives. The company will assess its organization and financing to become financially stronger and attract affordable long-term investment, with $2 billion investment deferral planned for 2027.
