Pfizer Inc. (PFE) announced that its investigational trispecific antibody, tilrekimig, met the primary endpoint in a Phase 2 study for atopic dermatitis. The study measured EASI-75 at Week 16 compared to placebo. Phase 3 programs for atopic dermatitis and asthma are currently underway.
