PAREF (PARF.PA) 1H 2026 net loss widens to EUR 8.96 million
Revenue rose 21% to EUR 14.95 million, operating result fell to EUR -6.09 million and portfolio value decreased 5% to EUR 165.4 million; loan-to-value rose to 38%. Post-close it signed a July 23 sale promise for Croissy-Beaubourg, with completion targeted for 1Q 2027.
