Osisko Gold plans US$500 million secured notes to fund Cariboo Gold project construction
Osisko Gold launched a proposed USD 500 million senior secured notes offering due 2031 to refinance debt and fund Cariboo Gold construction. About USD 120.9 million of proceeds earmarked to repay and terminate the Appian project financing facility. Remaining funds set for an interest reserve covering five coupon paymen
