Ortelius International schedules EGM vote on 10:1 reverse split
Ortelius International AB (publ) called an Oct. 19, 2026 EGM to approve a 10:1 reverse share split, related article changes, and to replace its auditor following a review. Post-split shares would total 15,505,701, subject to registration.
