Orogen Royalties Sells Slaughterhouse Project to Seabridge
Orogen Royalties agreed to sell 100% of its Slaughterhouse IOCG project to Seabridge for $300,000 at closing plus up to $2.55 million in milestones. It retains a 2.5% NSR on the project, with a 0.5% buydown for $5 million, and a 0.5%-1% NSR on a 2,400 km² area of interest. Closing is subject to customary conditions.
