Orkla launches up to NOK 4.0B share buyback program
Orkla will repurchase up to NOK 4.0B (up to 80M shares) from 22 Sep 2026 to 31 Dec 2027 at latest, subject to AGM 2027 renewal. The company plans to seek approval to cancel repurchased shares.
