Orissa High Court rejects Vedanta bauxite supply pact
The Orissa High Court has dismissed Vedanta Ltd's plea to enforce a 2004 agreement with Odisha Mining Corp for the supply of 150 million tonnes of bauxite. The pact was to link prices to production costs and royalty.
