Opus Genetics Reports Positive Interim OPGx-BEST1 and OPGx-LCA5 Data
Interim data showed OPGx-BEST1 improved retinal sensitivity in 75% of evaluable low-dose participants, while OPGx-LCA5 produced sustained visual gains through 24 months in adults. Phase 3 dosing for OPGx-LCA5 is expected in Q4 2026.
