Opifex-Synergy acquires ECCO Equipment and enters Western U.S.
Opifex-Synergy said the acquisition of ECCO Equipment Company from an affiliate of Hitachi Construction Machinery expands it into California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Idaho. The company said the deal broadens its footprint to nine of the 11 largest U.S. equipment rental markets; financial terms were not disclosed.
