OpenWorld files 8-K on proposed financing term sheet
OpenWorld said a subsidiary entered a term sheet with Beyond Limits and Eidos Digital Assets for a proposed intellectual property-backed financing of up to $130 million. The transaction is still subject to due diligence, definitive documentation and other conditions.
