Onsemi to acquire Synaptics for $123/share, secures $2.45B term loan
Onsemi has amended its acquisition deal for Synaptics to an all-cash consideration of $123 per share, removing prior stock and tax-reorganization elements following a competing bid. To finance the transaction, onsemi secured a commitment for up to $2.45 billion in senior secured term loans.
