Onconetix provides up to $5 million unsecured loan to Realbotix
Onconetix entered a Grid Promissory Note with Realbotix for up to $5.0 million in unsecured loans, with $2.5 million funded at signing. The note matures Sep 11, 2027 and bears no interest unless a pending share exchange agreement condition is met.
