Oncoclínicas’ board voted 4-3 at its Sept. 23, 2026, meeting to convene an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting requested by Latache funds. The shareholders’ meeting was set for Oct. 26 to consider suspending the rights of Josephina III Fundo de Investimento em Participações. Directors unanimously authorized immediate d
