Oman sets 20% threshold before off-plan marketing
Oman requires developers in its special economic zones and free zones to meet a threshold equivalent to 20% of a project’s total cost before marketing units off-plan or accepting reservation payments, under a new executive regulation to the Law of Special Economic Zones.
