Oman’s Al Suwadi Power receives FSA in-principle nod for Al Batinah merger
Al Suwadi Power Company confirmed it received in-principle regulatory approval from Oman’s Financial Services Authority (FSA) for its proposed merger with Al Batinah Power Company, according to a statement filed to the Muscat Stock Exchange.
