Oil prices rose on Friday, heading for steepest weekly gain since mid-July, as rising tensions and renewed U.S.-Iran hostilities heightened Middle East supply risk concerns. Brent climbed 54 cents (0.6%) to $96.06 a barrel by 0100 GMT.
