Ocular Therapeutix said it has an FDA plan for a 505(b)(2) NDA for AXPAXLI (OTX-TKI) in wet AMD, with SOL-1 Week 52, interim SOL-R and confirmatory data targeting a 2027 launch, and disclosed inducement equity awards to nine new hires.
