Octave Specialty Group to Sell Providence Washington Insurance Company
Everspan signed a deal to sell Providence Washington Insurance Company to Falvey Insurance Group. OSG expects the sale to increase tangible book value by about $11 million; closing is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
