OSC issues cease trade order against DGTL Holdings for late filings
The Ontario Securities Commission imposed a failure-to-file cease trade order on DGTL Holdings effective Sept. 5, 2026, after the company missed the Sept. 28 deadline for audited FY2026 filings. Trading of DGTL securities is prohibited until filings are made and the order is revoked.
