OSB Group PLC will redeem all remaining £17,072,000 of its 6.000% Fixed Rate Resetting Perpetual Subordinated Contingent Convertible Securities on 7 Oct 2026 at par plus accrued interest, subject to regulatory approvals. The listing is expected to be cancelled on or shortly after 8 Oct 2026.
