OS Therapies reported that OST-HER2 demonstrated a 72.7% 3-year overall survival rate in its Phase 2b pulmonary metastatic osteosarcoma trial. This compares to 45.8% in historical controls. The company plans to initiate regulatory submissions and a Phase 3 study.
